At GolfRoots, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your new clubs or apparel don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. We offer a streamlined process to ensure you get back on the green with the right equipment as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location in your area.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
